BA Properties, until recently known as Jeffrey Blank
& Associates, has been in the real estate development,
investment and management business in the Philadelphia
area since 1972. The firm was founded and run by
Jeffrey Blank, who ran it with a strong, cohesive
vision until his passing in 2004. Paul Aschkenasy,
President of the firm since 2001, joined Blank in
2000 to run the operations after 12 years in real
estate consulting and brokerage in New York City.
Since joining the firm, Paul has worked to maximize
the value of its existing portfolio with several
redevelopments, and further enhanced its asset base
with three significant acquisitions and one new
development. Prior to joining Blank, he represented
clients in over 5.0 million square feet of leasing,
sales and structured ownership transactions nationwide,
totaling over $2.0 billion in aggregate value. |
